Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been opened or consumed.

We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, Golden Roots will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and case assessment.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Golden Roots reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside these conditions.
